About Me

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come” (Proverbs 31:25)

Hi friends! Welcome to The Days to Come Blog! I hope as you read through the various posts and thoughts here that you will feel inspired, hopeful and challenged. I am a person who loves to communicate and one of the best outlets I have found is writing. I love to engage with people of all ages and stages, to hear their hearts, see their passions, and learn from them. The Days to Come is a place to talk about life, love and everything in between...

My name is Emma Richardson and I am a twenty-something girl from Ontario. I am a wife to Brandon, the most compassionate, loving, and hard-working man I know and a momma to Kenzington, a beautiful, engaged and growing newborn.

I have recently completed my master's degree in spiritual care and psychotherapy just before having Kenzie. My life went from a lot of studying, reading, and classes to diapers, spit up and feeding! Brandon and I are the lead pastors of The Embassy, a church for young adults. Life is very dynamic with lots of changes and excitement!

This blog is inspired mostly by my deep-rooted faith. I am beyond thankful to have Christ as the greatest love in my life. I am passionate about the local church, journeying with others in whatever place of faith they find themselves, and seeing God's glory made known.

I hope you enjoy this blog and join the conversation! My posts are never the final word. I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback through comments and email!
